- Head south out of Fort McKavett on FM 1674 for 6.73 miles turn left on Morales Rd.
- Stay on Morales Road for 1.94 miles here is the first locked gate you will need to contact property owner association to get the gate code.
- Once through the gate stay on this main road as it eventually heads north to the last locked gate for 3.4 miles, this combination is different again contact property owners association for this gate code.
- After passing this gate continue on the same road north for .77 miles and the property will be on the right as the road turns abruptly to the left.
