Location: Brewster (TX)

Brewster County is a located in the western part of the US State of Texas.  Alpine is the county seat and only city in the county.  Named after Colonel Henry Percy Brewster, a Secretary of War of the Republic of Texas, Brewster County is the largest county in the state by area at 6,192 square miles but a scant population of less than 10,000.
